Been a social WOOL week for me. Sat in a bit on Ear Bisque last Friday, and hung out during We Call It Music on Tuesday. Good times both. Then today’s show was training-day two for Dank Stan; this guy’s gonna have a swell program. Good taste, comfy on the mic, interesting to listen to, easy to laugh with, a smartypants, and he’s a natural with our peculiar assemblage of lower-mid technology. And he apparently has a built-in fan base: the army of six weird listeners picked up another two members while he was on the air. Maybe I’ll flunk him out and keep him in perpetual training; seems like it’ll be good for the show.

I did the first 45 minutes or so, then Stan hit it. Great success.
