These guys from the What Doth Life music collective are gonna have a great show, I tell you what. Good music, fun banter. They graduated tonight. But they still need to face the management team gauntlet before they get a showtime though. And after tonight’s Red Button incident with Julio, that might be hard going. I don’t have a playlist to post here again this week, but it was a great show. Including Ave Maria sung by a dog. Share on FacebookJOIN WOOL.fm WOOL is a low-power station, but has won approval from the FCC for a full-power upgrade to serve a larger community in rural southern Vermont and New Hampshire that currently has no local-origination radio programming. This is particularly important when we have local emergencies, like the recent catastrophic flooding. Big swaths of the countryside around here don't have cable TV, and no broadcast TV reception. With no radio outlet specifically for our region, people are left in the dark when they most need information. Without meaning to be crass, now the only thing between here and there is money. If we can't do the upgrade in the next few months, we're going to lose that full-power license. That would suck. Your membership in WOOL.fm will help us meet this goal. Win! |
